Hi, I am using IMAP to access gmail.com. I am receiving an error message 'The total attachment size exceeds the limit. Try removing one or more attachments before saving or send.' With error code -17983. I cannot find an Outbox folder listed in the folder list to look at the email that is causing this error to occur. And since I can't find the email causing the problem, I can't correct it by removing attachment(s) from the email.

I’m using for a large project with multiple developers – there have been a few wrinkles using the github mac client so we switched to – a free github client. Launch external merge tool for sourcetree mac.

Hi Craig, Based on the error message, this issue should be caused by there is a limit applies whether you are adding one large attachment that is greater than 20 MB or several attachments whose sum total size is greater than 20 MB, or y ou have an oversize message stuck in your Outook Outbox. To clear Outbox, it is recommended that you try the steps below: • Click the Outlook menu> Work Offline; • Create a test email and try to send it. This should make Outbox visible; • Click Outbox to display pending outgoing messages. Edit or delete the messages with large attachments; • If you can’t delete the message, please search the subject to follow the steps above to find and remove it.
