I have a Macbook Core Duo with 2GB RAM. I'm using Parallels Desktop v3 on OS X 10.4 to create virtual machines. I've been using a virtual XP machine for some time now with everything working well. I installed the Windows 7 beta on an external drive as a virtual machine without incident. The system boots fine, I can access the bundled apps ok, but neither networking nor sound works.
