Hello, experts. I've been trying to add external contacts to my Skype for Business contact list without success. The external contact told me by phone he never got my add request, but it shows as 'Pending - Skype' in my contact list. I tried with 3 different contacts, and all of them shows this problem. I checked, and this support entries and both the server and my client are configured to allow external communications, but I still can't connect to external Skype (not Skype for Business) contacts. Also, contacts from Skype can't find my Skype for Business SIP name.
